Ben's Birthday Party

Benjamin's birthday was last week, so we had a party, and invited over some friends. His big present for his birthday was a Fisher Price 'Kids Tough' Digital Camera, and he loves it. He's always loved when we would occasionally let him take a picture with our digital camera, but we were always worried he would damage the camera or try to play with it like it's a toy when we're not watching, so this Fisher Price camera was a great gift.

I figured I'd let benjamin tell the story of his birthday party as he saw it. So, I give you Benjamin's photo-blog of his party.

Hawaii picture post

So I figure if we don't start on this sometime, we never will, so here's a few of my favorite Hawaii photos for those still checking this occasionally. The trip was tons of fun, and we'd love to go back someday. I was trying to make the arguement that even being a bum in Hawaii is probably better than working hard in Minnesota... :)

Ah well, someday I'll have to retire there and be a bum on the beach. :)

Good Japanesse food all over the island

Ready for some boarding! :)

My lovely wife ready for some boarding too. :)

Hello to all reading this, and thanks for sticking with us. It's a lot easier to post on here with Picasa, so hopefully that translates to some more frequent posting from us. Aloha!

Once again we try this....

Ya Ya, so it's been a while :-) What have we been doing you ask? Well, we bought a house, moved, painted, hung some doors, did some pluming, (CA) made several trips to Michigan, and oh ya, we went to Hawaii! So it's been pretty busy. Yes I would like to post some pictures on here. Apparently Will has some great new way to do it so I am going to try and get him to show it to me because right now posting pictures on here takes WAYYY too long for my short attention span. :-) Oh ya I also have picked up another job along the way too. I work for our church as a part time assistant to one of our pastors. It's good work and really flexible so I can work mostly from home and manage to still take care of our lovely young boys. Other random thoughts? I miss Hawaii :-) Headgear may start becoming a safety precaution in our house... And never paint without having all your furniture picked out already. It's much easier to match your paint to your couch, than your couch to your paint ;-)

Smile, God is crazy about you!
